(Bloomberg) — The Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention is in talks with Pfizer Inc. about importing the Covid-19 oral treatment Paxlovid.
“We are in really close discussions with Pfizer to see what can be done to make the drugs available on the continent,” Africa CDC Director John Nkengasong told reporters Thursday in an online briefing.
